Additional Charges: Extra Person in Room - $15 Child under 5 years - $5 Crib - $10 set-up and linen Cancellation Policy - We are pleased to guarantee your reservation for the entire duration of your requested stay. Please read carefully *All cancellations are subject to a Processing Fee of $20. Guests are responsible for the full length of their reservation. Please give the Inn 15 days notice so that we may try and re-rent the room. With less notice of Cancellation (14 or fewer days) or Early Departure, refunds will be made subject to the Inn's ability to re-rent the room for the period of your reservation. Changes made in the Spring or Fall on non-holiday weekends require a full 7 days notice. Eligible Refunds can be applied toward a future stay or a Gift Certificate.

Deposit Requirements Payment in full is required for stays of 4 or fewer nights. Reservations of 5 or more nights require a 50% deposit. Any balance due is payable at check-in time. We must receive your deposit within 7 days of booking.

Peak Rates apply on Memorial Day (23,24,25) Columbus Day (Oct 10,11,12 ) Oyster Fest (Oct 17,18,19)

Air-conditioned Rooms are only on the third floor of the Captains House, in the Carriage House and in one room in the Saltworks House. Rooms have at least two, three or more windows to catch the evening bay breezes and either a ceiling or oscillating fan.

Semi-private Rooms share the bath facilities with only one other room. Great for friends and families
